Experienced, personalized doula care designed to support your autonomy, preparation, and well-being throughout pregnancy, birth, and the transition into postpartum life. With 10 years of doula experience, specialized training in birth, postpartum, and bereavement support, and the privilege of serving more than 300 families, I bring a calm, knowledgeable, and individualized approach to every birth space.

Your care includes three prenatal visits focused on your birth vision, emotional and physical preparation, comfort techniques, informed decision-making, partner preparation, and personalized birth-plan support. As your birth approaches, on-call support provides continuity and reassurance, followed by hands-on labor and birth support centered around your preferences, comfort, advocacy, and ability to remain an active participant in your care.

Support continues beyond birth with two postpartum visits tailored to recovery, feeding, newborn adjustment, emotional well-being, and your family’s changing needs. Overnight postpartum care is also available for families seeking additional hands-on support, rest, and reassurance during the early weeks at home.
